I have iOS and I still don't see it and I've worked through quite a few lessons in Numerology (29%) and Tarot (31%). And I'm on the most current version. I expected to see it on Home or on the main page in University. Or even on Profile. I look forward to what support has to say.

The tree is only available on iOS rn. So far others on Android also don't have access to the tree
